The primary goals of the Laboratory are:

The fulfilment of educational and research needs of the Department of Business Administration, as well as those of other Departments of the University, at undergraduate and postgraduate level in tourism related issues.

The consolidation of wide cooperation with domestic and foreign Research Centres and Academic Foundations, whose academic purposes are similar or complementary to those of the Laboratory.

The organisation of scientific lectures, seminars, conferences, symposiums and other scientific events, the publishing of articles and invitation of accredited Greek and foreign scientists.

The provision of services to individuals (and organizations), according to Presidential Decree 159/1984 “Requirements for the provision of services from University Laboratories to individuals and organizations of any type”.
